Prof. Rositsa Angelova and Milena Marinova are the new specialists in the “New and Latest History” department at the Regional History Museum in Razgrad.
The two ladies were officially introduced through their colleagues at the museum.
Rositsa Angelova is a professor d-r of “New Bulgarian History” in the Department of “History and Archeology” of the Shumen University “Bishop Konstantin of Preslav” and the first professor in RHM – Razgrad.
Her scientific interests are in the field of new Bulgarian history and historical education during the years of the Renaissance. She is the author of 10 monographs and over 50 studies and articles. She was the head of the “History and Archeology” department and the chairman of the General Assembly of the Faculty of Humanities at the university. Member of the Institute of Balkan Studies.
She specialized in VTU “St. Cyril and St. Methodius” – History of the Balkan nations, University “St. Cyril and Methodius”, Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia and at the Bucharest State University. Manager of over 15 university and municipal projects.
Married with one daughter.
Milena Marinova is a teacher in education, master’s degree in “History and Geography” from the University of Veliko Tarnovo “St. Cyril and St. Methodius”. A longtime history teacher.
She has a 28-year-old son and a two-year-old grandson.
