A children’s workshop for Christmas magic opened its doors at the Ethnographic Museum.

In the days leading up to St. Nicholas Day, children from all Razgrad primary schools will have the opportunity to make their own Christmas decorations and write their own letter to Santa Claus, telling how obedient they have been so far, promising to be even better and more studious next year, and sharing their expectations for all this gift on the silent and holy night. They will place the letter in a special box, which the white-bearded old man’s assistants will take to Lapland.

In the beautifully arranged hall of the Ethnographic Museum, children learn that it is not toys and snow, but love and good relationships in the family that are the Christmas magic that conquers the world at this time of year.

Led by museum pedagogue Hristo Hristov, designer Mihail Marinov, tour guides Polina Nedelcheva and Penka Dimitrova from the administrative and business department of RHM – Razgrad, the girls and boys from first and second grade make and color a model of a dwarf and those from third and fourth grade – plaster figures and balls for the Christmas tree.

They take the created Christmas beauty home to make it even cozier and warmer there during the holidays.
