Today in Razgrad, on “Vazrazhdane” Square, the National Holiday of March 3 was celebrated and 148 years since the Liberation of Bulgaria were marked.

Representatives of the Regional History Museum – Razgrad also took part in the citywide celebration. The museum’s director Tanya Todorova and museum pedagogue Hristo Hristov laid a wreath of gratitude in front of the mausoleum-ossuary and paid tribute to the memory of those who gave their lives for the Liberation of Bulgaria.

On the occasion of the National Day, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Regional History Museum – Razgrad was open to visitors who wished to explore the Interactive Museum and the archaeological exhibition “Traces from Antiquity,” located on the territory of the Abritus Archaeological Reserve.
