Starting today, February 12, two representatives of the Regional History Museum – Razgrad are participating in the 42nd edition of the International Tourism Exhibition “Vacation & SPA Expo” 2026 at Inter Expo Center – Sofia.
Today it was opened by the outgoing Minister of Tourism Miroslav Borshosh. The opening was also attended by representatives of the Razgrad Museum Galin Donchev – tour guide and Mihail Marinov – designer. The exhibition will last until February 14.
Galin Donchev and Mihail Marinov present at the national stand to tour operators, travel agencies and other visitors the Abritus Archaeological Reserve – a cultural monument of national importance, with a permanent archaeological exhibition, an Interactive Museum, and open-air lapidaries.
Visitors to the stand receive rich and interesting information, illustrated with advertising and information brochures and audiovisual media. Galin Donchev and Mihail Marinov answer all questions from those interested in the unique cultural heritage in the Abritus region.
This year’s 42nd edition of “Vacation&SPA Expo 2026”, which runs until February 14, brought together exhibitors from several continents, the exhibition center announced. The presence of companies from every segment of tourism provides an opportunity for a complete overview of the sector and the discovery of unknown destinations.
The exhibition, organized by Inter Expo Center, with the support of the Ministry of Tourism of Bulgaria, with large-scale collective participations, presents Greece, Serbia, Romania. Over 250 exhibitors from Europe, Asia and Africa have set up their stands in the halls of the exhibition center. The international format brings together participants from Bulgaria, Italy, Austria, China, Turkey, Seychelles, Mauritius, Vietnam, Finland, Romania, Greece, Serbia, Algeria, Uganda, Albania, Uzbekistan. Over 60 are Bulgarian municipalities, and 90 – hotels and hotel chains. Nearly 20 leading technology companies and marketing agencies are in the Digital Box innovative zone.
The exhibition halls are thematically separated. “Hall Bulgaria” is dedicated to local tourism. “Hall Europe” presents foreign municipal structures and tourism boards, Bulgarian and foreign companies with solutions for the tourism industry, hotels and accommodation complexes in Bulgaria and Europe, travel companies for trips to the Old Continent, companies and suppliers of products and services. “Hall World” brings together Bulgarian and international travel companies for vacations around the world, embassies and other accompanying services.
