On July 14, children – participants in the “Ekolyato 2026” program visited the Ethnographic Museum in Razgrad to participate in outdoor games that took place in the museum’s courtyard.

The group of children was met by the director of the Regional History Museum, Tanya Todorova, who welcomed them and invited them to view the exhibition “Goldsmithing in Panagyurishte – History and Development”, which presents jewelry, buckles and other products from the goldsmithing school in Panagyurishte.

Mrs. Todorova presented the most interesting part of the exhibition to the children. In the courtyard of the Ethnographic Museum, the long-awaited outdoor competition for children took place under the leadership of Major Plamena Nikolova from the Military District. Divided into three groups, the children from “Ekolyato” participated in agility and speed exercises, got acquainted with a training grenade, pulled tires, and jumped with a sack.

After this emotional competition, the children visited the Ananie Yavashov House Museum, where they viewed the exhibition of the Cherni Osam Natural History Museum with realistic models of plants. The Regional History Museum and the Razgrad Military District work in partnership to organize events that enhance the knowledge and culture of children.
