Today, the second edition of the Museum-Educational Program “From Egypt… to Scandinavia” was launched at the Ethnographic Museum.

With a short talk and ancient board games that children used to enjoy in the past, the educator at the Regional History Museum Hristo Hristov and the animator Ibrahim Shaer introduce students from Razgrad to four of the most interesting civilizations and cultures in the world: Egyptian, Greek, Roman and Scandinavian. The first to be introduced to the most interesting stories and facts about personalities and events today were fifth-graders from the “N.Y. Vaptsarov” Primary School. As if in a time machine, they passed from century to century, from one, to the second, third and fourth place on our planet. And in their phones there are photos as a souvenir with Egyptians, Greeks, Romans and Vikings.

Information about many things and facts that are not written about in textbooks, as well as a number of other surprises await the children who will join the program until November 21. To participate, a prior request is required by phone: 0893 77 51 24 – Hristo Hristov, museum educator.
