At 5:00 p.m. on January 23, the Ethnographic Museum will open the exhibition “Valor and Honor.” It is the work of specialists from the “New and Most Recent History” department at the Regional History Museum, headed by Prof. Rositsa Angelova PhD.
Members of the Military History Club “46th Infantry Dobrich Regiment” and the National Society “Tradition” from Shumen, Preslav and Razgrad will participate in the ceremony. Visitors will be able to take souvenir photos with them.
The exhibition will feature collectible firearms, watches and other items from the Russo-Turkish War of 1877–1878, Turkish, Russian, Cossack, and militia uniforms from that period. A special place is dedicated to the Bulgarian militia.
