The exhibition “Goldsmithing in Panagyurishte – Tradition and Development” will remain at the Ethnographic Museum until August 20 due to the great interest in it, the Regional History Museum in Razgrad announced.

Initially, it was planned to be exhibited until July 24, but it turned out that there were many people who wanted to visit it and enjoy the jewelry works of the Panagyurishte masters – goldsmiths, and the deadline was extended. Thus, during the summer holidays and vacations, everyone who wants to – Razgrad residents and guests of the city, will be able to view the exhibition.

The exhibition was viewed by the ambassador and consul of Cuba in our country, by foreign delegations who visited Razgrad for the Yogurt Fair, by members of pensioner clubs, by children from the “Ekolyato” program, by a number of connoisseurs of jewelry art, and special interest was also shown by the ladies of Razgrad, who appreciate the filigree beauty of the unique jewelry.

The exhibition “Goldsmithing in Panagyurishte – Tradition and Development” is provided by the Historical Museum in Panagyurishte, it contains 81 movable cultural values ​​and panels from its collection. The exhibition features brooches, rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, originals of rebel lions – cockades for the uniforms of the Panagyurishte rebels during the April Uprising, and many other priceless exhibits.
