“Dear Mrs. HRISTOVA,
Dear teachers, dear students,
Please accept our sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the Specialized High School for Teaching Foreign Languages ”Exarch Joseph” – Razgrad.

Each anniversary means experience, history, traditions, affirmation over time with a single goal – to elevate the revival mission of Bulgarian education.

The cooperation between the Regional Historical Museum and the Language High School has been going on for a long time. Cooperation in many exhibitions, seminars and events related to the knowledge and preservation of the rich cultural and historical heritage of the Razgrad region.

And to make it even more sustainable and fruitful, at the beginning of November last year we signed a five-year cooperation agreement between RHM-Razgrad and the FLHS “Exarch Joseph”. The document provides for the implementation of joint educational activities, initiatives and events aimed precisely at the cultural and historical heritage of Ludogorie and tourism, which also includes practical training for high school students in the specialty “Guide Service” on the territory of the museum sites. The museum and the high school will have the opportunity to apply together in national and international programs and projects.

Dear teachers, continue to be the spark that ignites the love of knowledge and science!

Dear students, I wish you health, self-esteem and confidence! Be as dedicated as ever in mastering new and new knowledge! Happy holiday! Happy anniversary!”

On the eve of the holiday, in the central lobby of the high school, the museum arranged and presented one of its mobile exhibitions “Razgrad legislators /1879-1991/”. 145 years of parliamentary life in Bulgaria.”
