Lazarki sang, danced and called today for health and prosperity in the Ethnographic House in Razgrad. The event was part of the cultural calendar of the Municipality and the Regional History Museum for St. Lazarus and Palm Sunday.
The ritual was resurrected by children from the II “a” class in the primary school “I. S. Turgenev ”with class teacher Siika Marinova, and the talents are also part of DTA“ Horce ”at the Center for Work with Children.
And as tradition dictates, the girls and boys each received an egg and a coin from the mistress of the house – in this case – the living human treasure Nikolinka Angelova.
Before leaving, the girls “kumichi” and threw their wreaths from one of the bridges in the Beli Lom River.
