A congratulatory address and a basket of flowers were presented by the director of the Regional History Museum, Tanya Todorova, to the founder and head of the Ballet School at the “Razvitie 1869” community center – Razgrad, Maria Kercheva, before the start of the concert on the occasion of the school’s 50th birthday.

“Every anniversary means experience, history, traditions, affirmation over time with a single goal – revealing to children the beauty of dance, introducing them to the fabulous world of the art of telling and showing emotions and events with body language and music”, the text says.

And more: “To all of you – the members of the community center board, the teachers at the school and you, dear talented girls and boys, we wish you success with ease and continue to enchant us with your art! Be always so cheerful and inspired, because “Everything in the Universe has its own rhythm – everything dances!”
“Happy holiday! Happy anniversary!”

The anniversary of the Ballet School was celebrated with a special concert-performance “Flight of the Swans”. Under the applause of relatives, friends and art fans, more than 180 ballerinas – from the youngest to the oldest, presented the magic of dance.

The Ballet School at the “Razvitie 1869” National Community Center was established in 1975 by Maria Kercheva. Throughout its 50 years, it has developed a rich stage activity.
