On this occasion, the Director of the Regional History Museum in Razgrad, Ms. Tanya Todorova, presented a congratulatory address to the Director of the Center, Milena Stoyanova. It states:

Dear Ms. Stoyanova,

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to you and your dedicated team of highly qualified specialists on the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Regional Center for Supporting the Process of Inclusive Education – Razgrad. Over this period, it has been a pleasure for us to collaborate with the institution you lead and to contribute to the inclusion of children in social life.

For the team at the Regional History Museum – Razgrad, the experience gained from our collaborative work—introducing children to the history and culture of the Razgrad region and to the values bequeathed by the city’s prominent figures—has been highly valuable. This includes attending lessons on historical events, visiting exhibitions at our museums, and learning about traditional rituals and folk costumes. We look forward to continuing this work, for the sake of the successful development of the younger generation.

We wish you in the future to be tireless in your quest to turn challenges into shared victories through love and support for children. We are delighted with the innovative approaches that you introduce and apply in your activity with great success – art therapy for children with special educational needs, techniques and methods for sensory and tactile stimulation, interactive ways, psychological support. With the topics covered in the program of the current anniversary conference, these approaches receive further development.

As we congratulate you on the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Regional Center for Supporting the Process of Inclusive Education in Razgrad, we are filled with joy that, throughout this period, you have drawn inspiration from the many successes achieved by your team—working in the fields of special education, speech therapy, and psychology—and we trust that you will continue to dedicate your full efforts toward a successful future for the children.

Continue to be just as dedicated in the fulfillment of your noble mission! Happy 20th anniversary!

Sincerely, Tanya TODOROVA, Director of the Regional Historical Museum – Razgrad
