For the second year in a row, on the eve of March 8, the Regional History Museum organized a meeting of Razgrad residents with inspiring, successful women – this time with the master needlewoman Detelina Dacheva and the writer Ilora Spob (Iliana Dimitrova).
The organizer of the exhibition of folk costumes and the meeting with the author of several romance novels and the book with recipes for a happy life “A Pinch of Love” at the Ethnographic Museum was Prof. Rositsa Angelova PhD, head of the “New and Most Recent History” department at RHM-Razgrad.

Among the guests at the opening were the Deputy Mayor of Razgrad Zornitsa Evgenieva, the municipal councilor Nikolay Penchev and the director of the Historical Museum in Popovo Vladimir Ivanov.

Zornitsa Evgenieva, on her own behalf and on behalf of the mayor of Razgrad, congratulated those present with the wonderful idea of touching and enjoying the talent of two successful women and wished everyone wonderful emotions during the holidays in the first month of spring.

Prof. Rositsa Angelova began the presentation of the participants in the meeting with words from a beautiful folk song.

“Detelina Dacheva is a master craftsman and has a second master’s certificate in making national costumes. And our meeting with her is an example of the fact that if we work hard and follow our heart, it’s hard for anything to stop us”, she said.
Detelina Dacheva thanks for the opportunity to present her art again in her native Razgrad. According to her, the Bulgarian woman has occupied an important place in society since ancient times, and she has always carried embroidery and traditional costumes in her soul. She defines herself as a creator because she restores over 100-year-old costumes that are no longer even in museums, but through them she is present in the lives of many Bulgarians in 13 countries around the world. “I am pleased that the Bulgarian is not forgotten and we carry this spirit in our hearts. I am glad that there are children here now, which gives me courage, that we are firmly connected to our roots”, said Detelina Dacheva.

“The beauty of labor is manifested if the labor is filled with love. Labor, love and beauty merge into one and shape a full and harmonious life. This is what the writer Ilora Spob does – she reveals beauty, faith in goodness, in perfection and in love. She has several novels behind her: “Not without Love”, “The Light of the Soul”, “A Pinch of Love”, and “Not without Love” has already been published in neighboring Turkey”, presented the other successful woman Prof. Angelova.

“A successful person is one who manages to hear their soul. I heard mine. I became a writer by vocation because I would like everyone to feel and be able to make them understand what their soul wants and achieve it with a sound mind, a healthy body and a healthy spirit. When there are these three legs on the stool to sit on, then things work out”, Ilora Spob shared with her guests.

And she read a small part of her novel “A Pinch of Love”: “I wish each of you to find the exact recipe that will make you live happily and make your dreams come true. I think that if in one way or another with my creativity I can help, I would be happy and in fact this gives meaning to what I do as a motivator, to make people realize how important it is now and that there is always another chance tomorrow.”

After the official opening, everyone in the hall had the opportunity to take a close look at the folk costumes, eat the delicacies prepared by Ilora Spob, and get a book autographed by her.

A special greeting to those present was given by children from a dance group at the Ivan Vazov community center in the village of Vladimirovtsi and the student from PGI “Robert Schumann” Aleyna Mehmedova, led by Borislava Ivanova.
The exhibition can be viewed until March 15.
