On May 11, at the “Ananie Yavashov” House Museum – Razgrad, the Regional History Museum presented the interactive traveling exhibition “Traces of extinction”, aimed at increasing public interest in preserving endangered valuable animal species in the country’s forests.
Over 160 students visited the exhibition, examining the 15 footprints made of eco-biomaterials of protected and endangered species – brown bear, wolf, wild horses, wild cat, bison, capercaillie bird, etc.
The students were from the Razgrad schools “Nikola Ikonomov” Primary School, “Otets Paisii” Primary School, as well as one class from “Vasil Levski” Primary School. The students received details about the exhibition and its message from the curators of the house museum, Viktor Kostadinov PhD and Neno Yakimov.
The exhibition was available for viewing until May 22.
